This premium blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz was matured in French Oak barriques for 6 months. The wine is already drinking very well and will develop further with bottle age. Well supported by blackcurrant and plum with hints of liquorice & spice. Ideal with any red meat, duck or slow cooked dishes.
