The STRINGYBARK vineyard is one of the oldest in the Chittering Valley and produces a very limited quantity of hand picked Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Verdelho grapes each year.

This limited production combined with the special regional characteristics of the Chittering Valley helps to produce wines with real fruit intensity and distinctive varietal character.

	2009 STRINGYBARK CHARDONNAY 2009 Silver Medal Winner Swan Valley Wine Show A wonderfully balanced young wine with beautiful melon & white peach flavours complimented by buttery undertones and a long clean finish. Highly rated.	$21.90
	2007 STRINGYBARK CHARDONNAY Medallist at 2008 Perth Hills Wine Show This lovely unwooded wine has delicious fruit flavours ranging from ripe stone fruit to hints of tropical fruit. A little bottle age has now helped this wine to develop even more complexity and is now drinking beautifully.	$18.50
	2008 ROSE OF STRINGYBARK Medallist at 2008 Perth Hills Wine Show A blend of Cabernet and Merlot grapes made in a Rose style has resulted in a delicious fruit driven wine displaying redcurrant and strawberry aromas with a very well balanced dryish finish. Served slightly chilled.	$21.90
	2008 STRINGYBARK CABERNET/SHIRAZ Oodles of lush ripe warm fruit flavours including rich yet soft blackcurrant and savoury plum and a soft fleshy palate. Fermented in quality French Oak barrels.	$21.90
