The STRINGYBARK vineyard is one of the oldest in the Chittering Valley and produces a very limited quantity of hand picked Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Verdelho grapes each year.

This limited production combined with the special regional characteristics of the Chittering Valley helps to produce wines with real fruit intensity and distinctive varietal character.

	2006 STRINGYBARK VERDELHO (2006 White Wine of the Year Perth Hills wine show & Medallist at Mt.Barker and Swan Valley wine shows) Just released! A young fresh Verdelho with typical tropical fruit flavours backed up by a lovely clean and long finish. Ideal with all seafood and poultry dishes.	$22.50
	2004 STRINGYBARK VERDELHO The additional complexity provided by a little bottle age has resulted in a lovely full bodied table wine with a nice dash of spritz. Perfect partner to seafood. Very limited stocks remaining.	$18.90
	2006 STRINGYBARK CHARDONNAY (Medal winner at 2006 Perth Hills, Mt.Barker & Swan Valley wine shows) Also just released! A lovely young unwooded Chardonnay with lots of fruit intensity, well balanced and with a good clean finish.	$21.90
	2006 STRINGYBARK CABERNET / MERLOT ROSE (Perth Hills Trophy winner 2006 – Best Red wine and medallist at Mt.Barker & Swan Valley wine shows) Very highly rated Rose with a beautiful rose petal nose backed up by lovely raspberry and developing toffee apple flavours. An excellent dry Rose style ideal as an aperitif or with pork dishes	$22.50
